Our new dog, BeBe just bit our friends little poodle, and we had them both on a leash!! She did not break the skin, but picked her up an tossed. her. She probably thinks she is a toy!! She has had very little experience with small dogs. We were so stupid!! We should have muzzled her, but we didn't expect her to be like that.

That behavior needs to be dealt with, now!!
