Generator Circuit Box
This is the box mdh installed last week. We can plug the generator into this circuit box and when the switches are flipped, we will have electricity to run fridges, and the window A/C if we lose power after a storm
The Breaker boxes are in a corner of our utility room. The generator is going to get a house built on our back deck, so it will be ready. This is much better than when hurricane Ivan took out the power.
Mdh wired the generator into the electric from the pole. He removed the meter so the electricity could not filter back through the lines and electrocute someone.
(I do not totally understand the electricity, but I don't need to, I guess.) Anyway, I know this installation is much better, and no extension cords running through the house.
