Whew, I am done with Thanksgiving shopping. I got a ham and turkey breast and lots of other stuff I am taking the ham to the neighbors as well as pecan pies. I am trying a new recipe this year. Without Karo syrup. We will see, I hope it is better. Roy is the tester. He loves pecan pie.

I am making tomato aspic, too, but usually I am the only one that loves it, so I get it all!! My mother used to make it on the holidays.

Now as soon as that pie is done, I can goof off the rest of the day.

It is going to turn cold, so I am told, again sometime tomorrow night. As of right now, it is too hot, and I turned the A/C on It is 80 degrees in the house. Too hot for me!

Bridge in town tomorrow. The pecan pie came out ok. It is not really my favorite, but Roy loves it, so that is a good thing.
