We came to our senses and decided that buying a house at this time to fix up was not the smartest thing for us to do. We are just a little too old to refurbish another house. It would be our third since coming to Florida, and that one needed everything done including ceilings. The others we did were not so bad. The price was right, and that was it. It would be a full time job for months and months mainly for Roy, and he doesn't need that pressure. We are both glad we decided not to do it.
