Sucky Morning

What a morning. Walked the dogs about halfway and out of the woods come two of the cutest little puppies I ever saw. They were dumped there we think now since we tried everywhere around to see where they belong. Now they are in our shed with the heater on and animal control is picking them up. Our two dogs would try to kill them we think. Roy ended up taking the dogs home and coming back with the golf cart so we could try to find their owners with no luck. I think they might have been out all night since they seemed pretty cold. They look about 6 weeks old and healthy. I hope they get adopted.

Yesterday it was a real joy to play some real competitive bridge for a change. Worth the long drive.

The animal contol just came to pick them up, nice guy. This crate is huge. What else would greyhound people have? I forgot we even had it. We got it when we were fostering. It belongs to the greyhound assn. We sent along an old dog bed blanket cover for them to cuddle up with. Poor guys. They will be fed and warm tonight. He said he thought there was a good chance they would be adopted. They are sure cute
