I have dealt with Intuit for many years. They have great customer service. I did not receive my order for turbo tax last week, emailed Intuit, and received a new one today.
"The Parrots of Telegraph Hill" has a short waiting period at Netflix!!! Who would have thought anyone but me and a couple of friends would even care about watching this?
