Sunday, another nothing much day. I am looking for a vacation spot on the coast of the Carolinas that is not horribly expensive. I want to rent a condo or a house to meet our daughter and grandkids there. She is not getting along with her husband and she does not feel comfortable driving this far alone, so I want to meet them closer to Virginia.

I hope it works out for them, but it has been bad for a while. I get her side of it so I really am not sure what is going on, but support her if I can.

I know it is never just one person's fault, and she can be difficult. With 3 kids, there is no good solution.

Off to make an Italian salad. Has tomatoes and peppers and onions. Sounds good, and I need to use the peppers and tomatoes.

Daughter called, we are going for the trip to NC in August. I have never been to the Coast there.

It is hot and humid just like here.

This salad has to marinate a couple of days, but it is already delicious, and one serving is 38 calories. Probably the one thing I like that is not fattening.
