Best Buy Sucks

We just got back from Best Buy. They informed me they don't cover immersion with their Black Tie coverage for Cell phones. That was the only reason I bought it. The girl assured me it covered anything and they would replace the phone. Well it doesn't and they won't.

Stopped at Verizon and since it seemed to be half way working, Roy decided not to replace it, and now it won't dial half the numbers. Stupid!

He can just go get it fixed by himself this time.
