How can this happen? The Greyhound Organization reported them, but why did it even get to this point? The GPA had said they would take all dogs from the track, but apparently this guy chose to ignore that. Brings tears to my eyes. The track should also keep closer watch on what happens at their kennels at their track. They are not guilt free imho.
