gordon92151 has recommended Anderson which might be a better fit for us because it is much smaller than Greenville area. We are going to make a swing through Anderson tomorrow.
The houses we like are in Greer.
Will sleep on it. It would mean getting a line of equity loan on our present place, until we sell it. If it doesn't sell, we are making house payments we can't afford very well.
Any suggestions on a good place to check for line of equity loans?
