Yesterday we donated about 2 cases of canned dog food to the kennel that adopts the greys from the Ebro Track where we got our greys. We have stopped giving canned food and just feed kibble now along with a little cottage cheese and, of course, treats whenever they can con us out of them which is a lot. The canned food added to the kibble would go bad if they did not eat it right away, and we ended up throwing too much away. They seem to like the kibble by itself, and our Honey likes midnight snacks, the bowls are always empty in the morning.

We left the donated cans at the vets office yesterday and they will pick it up today. We had the dogs nails trimmed. I am surprised Honey had to have hers trimmed. She is a digger. I had one other grey, Bebe who dug a couple of holes, but Honey is world class. Poor Roy had filled in lots of them with cinder blocks. We are talking, major holes. I got some anti-dig stuff, and hope it works.

Looks like some more rain and stormy weather is headed our way, sigh. Wish we could send a little to California.

We are under a severe tornado and storm warning right now. No wonder we could not coach the dogs outside before it hits.
