Short walk this morning. I have to take my little white bird to the vet to have a huge growth removed. I hope he does ok. It will be very stressful, and he is a pretty old bird.

Back from the vet. Gabby did very well, and he is home and sleeping right now.

The growth is gone.

He is 15 years old which is pretty old for a Cockatiel. I am broke again. That was expensive, but what can you do? He deserves some comfort in his old age.

The vet said his girlfriend (Rocky) should quit pulling out his feathers on his head, ha ha, boy do they screech when apart. Rocky is a feather plucker and plucks her own feathers out. Has for a long time/most of her life. Her one wing is totally bald and lots of her other feathers are also gone.
