Well if not one thing, it is another. We finally get the mildew/mold problem with the A/C system fixed and now there is a terrible smell coming from under the house. We think something craweled into the underbelly and died, so Roy looked yesterday but didn't find anything, but it seems worse today, so he now has decided he has to do something more drastic.

We can't seem to get a break around here.

Back from walk. Now I need to go into town for a couple of things. Well, as soon as I get done wasting time.

OMFG!! It was a dead rat in between layers of insulation under the floor. Now our under floor has to be reinsulated and put back. Probably will cost a bundle, but had to be done. We should smell better now. I have never even seen a rat around here, ick.

The smell is gone!!! The house now smells like our house again. Now we need to get the underbelly restored with it's new insulation, but Roy is my hero.
