Whew, My homeowners Insurance

I just got my homeowners insurance and it only went up about $50. Now in Florida, that is a very good thing.

The last policy I had before this one through AARP quit writing in Florida. My policy is reasonable and better than the last one. Now I can at least afford to live here.

Good thing we moved away from the coast.

A conclusion (sort of)

I am just burned out on my sister's visit. I don't think I will pay for more trips for her to come and visit. Every few years I think I want her to come, then I pay for it, and regret it.

I have to face the fact that even though we love each other, we are polar opposites, and do not get along all that well.

I guess I just get lonely. The next time I mention I am thinking of paying for her trip, you guys remind me of what I said. Now if she wants to pay for it herself, she is welcome to come.

No sense my being miserable and knowing I paid for it myself.

Neighbors

Our neighbors just came by and asked us to check their cat feeder while they are gone. We have talked a little, but don't really know them too well. They are great people.

roadskoller they are cross country truckers and they travel together. I don't believe he owns his truck though. He always seems to have a different one parked here. This one is out of Opp, AL.

They are on their way to Yuma, AZ.

I am so glad they asked us to keep the feeder full, it is always good to get to know your nice neighbors. They offered to trade checking on our place too.
