Insurance and Veterinarians, oh my.

My insurance on my mobile home has to be changed because the company quit writing policies in Florida.

My agent has assured me that I can still get a policy, but I have to wait until 30 days before this one expires. Damned hurricanes.

I have not had a claim.

I am taking my little yellow bird, Freefall, to the vet tomorrow. She has a piece of beak that needs to be snipped, or something. This is the one who lost half her beak about 3 years ago.

She is doing fine, but hubby is concerned. It actually looks ok to me, but I will humor him.

Everything costs money, phooey.

Millet

I guess we will see if my birds like millet. I was sent 5 lbs in error and I don't have to return it. (I ordered cuttlebone) They are shipping my correct order.

Anyone with a cockatiel know if they like it?

If they don't, I guess the wild birds will love it.

A minor windfall.
