I made some meatloaf and stuffed bell peppers to freeze and take with us on our road trip. At night we don't feel much like doing anything, so having food to heat for dinner is nice to have. The first night we are staying at a Casino at Bay St. Louis, MS, so a buffet is in order for that night. They have a shuttle from the campground.
