Sat we had a good time at our friends 70th birthday party. We met some of his family who flew in just for the party. Lots of fun. I took one of my lotus birthday candles over and it was a big hit!

Bridge today and book club tomorrow. Taking my friend to the book club so she can meet some new people. I usually am not impressed with the books they pick. This month's is pretty juvenile, imho. It would be a great book for teens. It is a local writer I think.
