Planning a short road trip to Niceville, and Rocky Bayou State Park next week. Hope the weather holds out. We desperately need rain, but... Seems like every time I make a reservation at this park, we get bad weather. Being a senior really pays off for this park. It is about $8 per night since we get half off. Good deal.

We will have some company for Christmas dinner. Neighbors might even come with their granddaughters, so we could have as many as 8-10. Feast or famine around here.

Some people are like slinkies, not really good for anything much, but it makes you smile to push them down the stairs.
