One load of laundry.

All my items on ebay have bids except one, the Lexmark printer. It is a cheaper printer, but works fine, but they probably are better buying a new one for Vista.

I am so glad I didn't just throw in the Ink Cartridges with the printer. They have the most bids on them.

Every time I decide to clean things out, I put stuff on ebay, and have done ok. I really should get serious and get rid of a lot of other stuff around here. How did we acquire so much 'stuff'?

We used to live in an RV! Not only do we have all this stuff, but we also still have an RV full of stuff!! We could almost live in the RV alone. Now we have a storage shed, a shop, and a houseful of stuff.

Sept 11

I will take a minute to remember where I was (at work) on Sept 11th.

What a busy time it was for us. I worked for a non-profit organization for Chaplains in Law Enforcement. We ended up sending Chaplains for months for the Port Authority in New York. Not to mention the ones for the FBI.

Our best friend is/was a Chaplain for the FBI, it was a very bad time.

TV Coupon for Digital Box

I went on line and signed up for a digital conversion box for the RV. Both TVs are probably not Digital ready. One is two years old, a real cheap 10" color in bedroom of RV and the other is about 7 years old.

I was going to buy a new flat screen for the RV, but why spend the money? There is nothing wrong with the TVs and they fit where they are, so I ordered the box. Sometimes we have to use the regular antenna in the RV if there is no cable, so the box is a necessity.

The TVs in the house should be ok because we have cable.

The big flat screen is probably the only one digital ready, except the small under counter one in the kitchen.

Sisters

My sister and I are like night and day. We have had our moments over the years, but when I needed someone to do me a favor, and didn't want my friends to know I was doing this mean little thing, who did I call? My sister!!!

This is some kind of milestone I think. I don't remember asking her to ever do me a favor before.

I did order her birth certificate for her, just in case she can't find the original. Because we are adopted, the birth certificates have to come from Sacramento and she never gets around to ordering one.
