(no subject)

Gas was $3.09 per gal today, and some stations are out.

We are going back to Anderson this week to look around some more. We are waffling between staying put, and moving. We like this house, and don't want to move again.. Might invest in some hurricane shutters, and a metal roof (if ours blows off maybe) and just stay here forever. Still have to evacuate, but no place is perfect. I think if we don't have much luck this week, we might reconsider, which doesn't hurt my feelings, but there is much more going on in Anderson than here, and no hurricane threats.

More Geek stuff

Since I have had my laptop and the wireless connection setup, I have never quite gotten the networking to actually work correctly. I could see the laptop from the desktop, but never could see the desktop and use the printer from the laptop. Today I got it to work!!! I guess I just held my mouth right today, but now I can print from the laptop!!! Yea!!

I mean, I could always hook up a printer and print, but now I can hook up to my regular printer and print wirelessly. Or something like that!!!
