Dog groomer today, so we will be gone all day pretty much. Meet friends for lunch, look at more hot tubs.

I can not believe some people

Now the bitch is telling unemployment that she was not notified of the hearing until after it was over. Funny that I received my notice in plenty of time.

All they will do is review it unless she can prove she was not notified in time. They will not consider anything new, but I still have to worry about it for another couple of months. There is no end to her incompetence.

The papers from the state say they will review the appeal only. They will not hold another hearing or allow her to add evidence she could have given if she had done the hearing. So, I am hoping this will be the last of it. I am pretty sure they will not find anything that does not comply with the law.
