I should really be worrying more about money at this point, but I am not. We will just have to tighten our belt a little lot.

So far I am still getting unemployment, but who knows what will happen with that?

I am not looking as hard as I could for a job, so will see what happens. Hubby's SS kicks in July, so not that far away, and we do have income from his retirement, just not a lot, but we lived on it before.

We are lucky we don't have to worry about a house payment.

Holy Smoley, the lot across from us sold for $11, 200. a few months ago, she is asking $40,000+ for it now with absolutely no improvements. The one next to it has a burned out old mobile home that would have to be removed (very expensive) and they are asking $55,000. (It was for sale when we bought this lot and was $35,000 less than a year ago and the trailer was not burned. (I though it was not habitable though)

Whew, we are not in that desirable of a spot to get those prices, IMHO.

They aren't sold yet either, but if they do, ours is worth a lot more!! Who knew?

Have I said lately that I am not moving again?
