I have not sat down to watch the shuttle Columbia new yet. 17 years ago we saw our one and only launch of Space shuttle Challenger. It was a terrible feeling and I remember it vividly.

Wonder if it is worth the loss of life? I think unmanned shuttles make more sense right now.

Well, back to Discover card. After watching the shuttle news, I am sitting down to pay a couple of credit card bills and turn off the TV for a while. Too sad.

We switched last year to Chase Manhattan Master card through Shell Oil because they give us credit on gasoline each month and was more than we got from discover. I got a letter this week stating they were no longer offering this and would have a new incentive program, but I am going back to Discover. Easier to keep track of and I like getting my little pittance each year.

We pay our credit cards monthly so we don't carry a balance. Used to, but can't afford it now.

We have a Visa that we use when Discover is not accepted and I use Visa for Pay pal online.

We are dog sitting for our friends little white poodle today. They were going to be gone all day and didn't want her to get too lonely. She is running Jacques ragged. They will both sleep good tonight.

Made my first order on half.com. Sometimes it takes me a while. Got Fosse and Chicago CD's.

I ordered them before on Amazon, but they went to my old address, got returned and they refunded my money.

I got them much much cheaper on half.com. I see you can bid what you want to pay too. Thanks to kjaz.

I just talked to an old friend of ours who lives in Livingston Texas which is about 60 miles from Nagadoches. (We lived there for 8 years before we moved to Tucson) She said they found parts in St. Augustine, Lufkin, and Nagadoches. We are all very sad.
