I wanted to note that Express Scripts has really come through on their customer service. They have followed through and all my prescriptions are (so far) good to go and it will save me quite a bit of money. They have checked and called and emailed me, so they brought me around to using them again. Most people really like them, so now I am glad to be using them. Their customer service has saved my account and I am thankful for that.
