Jan. 7th, 2012 06:13 amSaturday is bird cage deep clean day. We take out the grates and clean them.
Yesterday was a mess. First I found out that my cable bill was 2 months past due and had $90 in late fees (WTF?) It is on automatic withdrawal, how the hell did that happen. I checked my bank statement and it had not been deducted since 11/1. I have it automatically come out in Quicken, and I had no notice, and did not notice it had not cleared. Sometime they tell me, after 5 frustrating calls with idiots, in Oct they say on line there was a stop payment and when they put it through again someone put in the wrong bank account number. They also say this was all done on the web. Well it sure was not done by me, and they could not figure it out.
They told me to call my bank, and my bank told me they had not put in for a payment since October. Finally they removed the $90 and put through the payments after we figured out someone changed my bank account number. I am so pissed off that they are not owning up to someones error or they can not figure out what happened. It better be fixed now.
