Looks like Ike has weakened considerably and is heading for South Texas or Mexico. I am glad it is missing us and NOLA. Totally different group of evacuees this time.

I doubt they would have the success they had with Gustav getting people to leave again this soon.

I am thankful we don't have to evacuate this time.
