We went and looked at a small house for sale. It needs a total revamp inside. I am not convinced we should do this since houses still are not selling around here, and then we would have a rental which is not something I think we need to entertain, but we will see what happens today when we find more info we need. What a project for us oldies. I am not convinced it is a good idea yet, but we shall see.
